1. Beta status
The software is pre-release, unfinished and may contain bugs, crashes, incomplete features or changes between builds.
Terms for participating in the private beta.
These working terms explain the basic expectations for private testers. They will be refined before wider commercial release.
2. Access
Access is personal, limited and may be accepted, paused or withdrawn at any time during the testing programme.
3. Private distribution
Do not upload, publish, sell or publicly redistribute the private installer, private download link or private testing materials.
4. Testing and feedback
Testers may report bugs, workflow problems and suggestions. Feedback may be used to improve the product without creating an obligation to implement every suggestion.
5. Data and backups
Use test projects and keep backups of important work. Do not rely on a beta build as the only copy of a production project.
6. MIDI output
Testers remain responsible for reviewing, editing and using generated MIDI in their own projects and final productions.
7. Availability and warranty
The beta is provided for evaluation without a guarantee of continuous availability, compatibility or fitness for a particular production workflow.
8. Ending participation
A tester may stop participating at any time. Access may also be ended when a testing wave closes or these terms are not followed.
